If you are looking for a really nice place to stay in Las Vegas, look no further – Mandalay Bay Resort.  This is a great resort for couples and families!

When we checked into the resort we were upgraded to THE Hotel, which was awesome.  THE Hotel has a sleek looking lobby area, clean and shiny.

We stayed in a very nice room, and we could see out across to the mountains for the time we were in Las Vegas.  I have learned over the years that having a nice comfortable room to stay in at night really adds to the experience of the trip.

We enjoyed a bottle of bubbly.

There is an aquarium, casino, lazy river, as well as restaurants, shows, and pools all on the resort.  Seriously, you don’t even need to leave the resort everything you could want is right in the resort.  Shark Reef Aquarium was great, they had very knowledgeable staff and lots of great sea life.  The lazy river was a lot of fun (it makes you feel like a child again), you can just float around the river, under the waterfalls, and truly relax

We were very happy with our choice to stay at this resort.  As a bonus, it was extremely close to the airport.
